I was so unhappy with how I looked after Christmas and I knew that I needed to get myself into shape for playing sport this year. It was the best decision ever to do this programme. It was enjoyable, pushed me to my limits, I gained sooo much from doing this as I now feel stronger in myself. The support show from the group and Caoimhe helped push me along.

(MUSCLE GAIN) Over the last 8 weeks I've felt so much stronger than I ever have, so much more positive and a lot more energised overall! I have completely changed my thoughts and relationship with food and what I eat. I have went from 112lbs to 118lbs and never felt better, The range of different exercises and being given the exact number of calories and macros made it a lot easier and has helped so much. Even though I didn't talk much in the groupchat, it still motivated me so much seeing what everyone else was doing and listening to the advice. I would highly recommend this challenge to anyone who is considering it. It is such a good price for what you get.

I'm absolutley loving your workouts! They are well structured and the whole body approach works best for me. The plan is easy to follow for beginners like me but challenging at the same time so everyone will be able to push themselves to achieve their goal.

This programme is honestly the best programme I've been on, I don't feel like I'm having to restrict myself at all, I'm in such a good routine with the workout side of things. I'm getting the hang of weighing and tracking my food and it really opens your eyes. I'm now more aware of my portions.
